“Never received the order and then was informed that the part had been returned broken and therefore no refund. Since your courier sent and then returned it it should be at your cost. I no longer want the part and want an immediate refund”

“I had to return and refund an item I purchased, but it would cost me more to return it than how much I paid for the item. The company doesn't provide a collection service in case of return-refund, so don't purchase anything unless you're 100% sure”

“Order placed on 31/1/20 and still not received despite tracking claiming it was delivered on 5/2. Multiple calls and long wait times and still no answers. Told today the courier is to blame and “not our problem”. Shocking customer service. Still waiting for an answer and delivery.”

“Absolute Rubbish, I bought two basin taps c£40ea, they came with instruction for many sorts of taps but not the ones in the box which were different. One of the hoses had no thread and was designed in a way you could not get the nut off to replace it. One leaked from the top as soon as I fitted it. the waterfall spout was at right angles so does not drain properly so I will get water stains. In short I fitted them Sunday, had to go to B&Q to get a set of hoses. I then had to go to a proper plumbers merchants this morning and buy a good quality tap. I will keep the leaky one for spares in the hope I can keep the one that worked running, I have my doubts and will probably just buy another good quality one. In short, and I do understand they were not expensive, they were just rubbish. I do not want my money back or any vouchers or anything else because I never intend using an online plumbing merchants again. you are better off going to somewhere where you can see the stuff. The recess under the tap made it near impossible to seal the hoses as well. Just total rubbish. Victorian Plumbing, never again. £80 was an expensive lesson, but now I know.”
