“Service was good as usual but unfortunately the toilet seat I purchased is not good quality .The seat itself is thin and flimsy with sink marks where the seat buffers are underneath.I intend to replace it as soon as possible.”

“I used the non-slip shower mat for 2 days and in 3rd day it skidded length of the shower. I had a very nasty fall and I’m now in a sling though nothing broken thankfully. It did not stick to the floor surface. It’s now been thrown away. Christine Caldwell KT11 2FN”

“Toilet seat fixings were cheap and broke straight away before fitting seat on , the actual seat is fine just rubbish fixings had to buy new off Amazon .”

“This is my 2and review the first was regarding sales and customer service both of which were excellent, I recieved my order of a Mira flight shower tray as arranged and everything was as expected. Overall really impressed with my purchase experience at Victorian Plumbing and I would use them again, thank you 👍”

“I was very surprised and disappointed to see how bad the quality of the items was. Some parts were made to look like metal, but in fact they were made of plastic. The bath tub was the lightest tub I’ve even seen. If you sit on the edge of it, it’ll tip over. The taps are poorly made, they wobble as the screws holding it are too small. The shower cubicle wobbles too. I don’t know how long these items will last. Maybe 6 months, no more. Will never purchase anything from Victorian Plumbing again. The worst quality I have ever seen. Every single item I purchased is badly made.”

“Item was listed as in stock yet took over 3 days to be dispatched. When it arrived there was no paperwork in the event of a return. Item was unsuitable for purpose & was returned. I am still awaiting a refund. Also when the item hadn't arrived after 1 week when I emailed it took 48 hours before I got an automated response. Tragic service.”
