“Key grub screws missing and still not received. Customer service was poor and expected me to try and purchase the grub screws elsewhere. How rubbish is that. What ever happened to customer satisfaction and quality control. Victorian plumbing and my experience very poor, need to try harder.”

“My own fault - didn't notice dimensions! Unwrapped, chucked packaging & your details, left in bathroom till fitter could finally come. (Covid), then realised it's far too big. Pity, 'cos otherwise it's just the job. I was going to put it down to experience, and went to your site for an alternative, but you have overwhelmed my laptop with ads. Wherever I go. Not only at page sides, but in middle of articles, and as fast as I delete delete 'em, they re-appear. I really don't want anything more to do with you.”

“ordered a whole bathroom in good faith and regarding the toilet, the fixer did not come with, it was very hard not being able to communicate other than by email and then having to wait for a response that did not come until I had emailed again several times to which I was asked to to photos of the item I have no idea what is because the plumbers abandoned a job they could not move forward with, anyway having done that I still have not heard from them its been a week and still no toilet for myself and my family to use.”
