“They have a wide range of products. I made to different orders for one I used the next day delivery option and for the second I used a normal delivery. They both went very smooth for the second order I got a call from the courier to arrange the delivery date that was very convenient.”

“Lovely product quality and fantastic bath panels. Ordered and updated quickly on the sale requested. Product delivered on time with friendly service. Very slight scratch on one corner of the bath but this was the corner, fortunately facing the wall and hidden once fitted. Only challenge was the legs supplied were not tall enough to include panels and plinths. Had to use legs from previous bath to ensure adequate height for fitting. Really pleased with the end product. Definite value for money and product supplied.”

“Took a while to get updates from point of order to delivery but considering it’s December, Christmas and Covid that can be forgiven :) Product is ideal and looks great. Easy to assemble and a good snug fit.”

“Radiator came quickly. The site recommended I buy a chrome sleeve kit. Unfortunately it's too short - be great if the site could recommend something that specifically works with the product ordered.”

“The delivery of the shower cubicle was easy to arrange, however, we were not aware that the van delivering was too big to drive down to our house. After some discussion with the driver, he was able to bring the items down to us on a trolley. Apparently there is a facility when ordering to say if you live in a difficult to reach location, where you can specify a smaller van - I did not see this facility. All items arrived intact and nothing missing. The instructions were a little vague in places, and some of the parts were very difficult to put together. Once assembled, the shower enclosure looks beautiful. Very happy with the purchase.”
