“The quality of all my items I have brought have been great, delivery is quick however due to picking a delivery date which can come at anytime in the date isn't always ideal as for most people we work and can't always be in. If we aren't in this would cost us an additional £25 for it to be redelivered. This is my only down fall.”

“Fixture missing and (toilet and sink) arrived on huge pallet kerb side delivery...inappropriate for the items delivered and also packaging very wet even under all the shrink wrap! Customer Service did send out replacement parts within 2 days but when contacted again for disposing the customer own pallet Customer Service very rude and repetitive generic 'computer says no' type messages. Would not recommend.”

“The items I managed to order were fine though the delivery was later than initially indicated by a week. I tried to order a bathroom package with different taps, after 10 days of messaging and e mails and being told they were waiting for a product code so that I could submit the order as I only was updated when I chased, I gave up. That was a £950 order which went elsewhere.”
