No chance would I recommend, if your not in they’ll leave the doors in a communal back alley (unsigned) with a damage on them.

I ordered a door which showed as in stock. A week later it hadn’t been dispatched so I called them and was informed without apology that it was out of stock and would be for a further ten days. Very poor customer service.

This company is advertising and selling doors on its website it hasnt got in stock, they contact you days later to tell you this hoping you will wait a month for them to come in stock, completely wasted my time and held up my job, dishonest company so beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Requested by Vibrant doors to be home for a delivery date and time slot only to be told the door wasn't on the delivery 15 mins before end of delivery slot! I had to take the day off work to wait for this. I can now no longer get hold of the supplier to get my money back as I cannot take another day off for this. Very disappointed. Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service and potentially a scam.

Still waiting for feedback from Katherine, Head of Sales and Customer Service with regards to my complaint. An incomplete and faulty delayed order over three months ago which has yet to rectified. Hoping out of professional courtesy someone will get back to me soon to put this right.

The doors had damaged during delivery. Unfortunately sales didn’t tell me have to report 48 hours. Because of large order(9 doors and one bifold with 4.8 m) it is over £7000. Builders don’t want to open that early just in case damage. When I reported to the customer service, I asked fix instead of replacement. They said it is my responsibility now. Also they blamed me not read term conditions. I think with these large order. They should have told customers this critical conditions. They didn’t do what they should have done. Also, customer service really let me down, not recommend them any more.

Don't waste your money. Pictures on website look great but that is not what you recieve and i echo the other bad reviews for customer service. See my photo's. Bought internal bi-folding doors for renovation with experienced builders installing them for me. The white primer has leaked and imbeded on the frosted side of glass, if masking had been used, it was removed with a blunt knife leaving a poor finish After complaining i was advised to clean it myself with methylated spirits which doesnt work and ive tried many other products and combinations. Apart from a "good will" gesture of offering £60 cash back from the £700 i have paid- they dont want to know. Hiding behind the fact i didnt't complain in the first 48 hours and not once acknowledging the doors are not up to standard. Please look elsewhere and use a trusted and established company. Learn from other peoples mistakes and dont use Vibrant doors.

I have been trying to organise my order with Vibrant Doors for a considerable period of time. Unfortunately there has been one delay after another, some of which is attributable to the door manufacturers ( Deanta Doors not vibrant doors who are only acting as a retailer) but there have been doors wrongly delivered, ie, 2 plain doors where 2 glazed doors were ordered,incorrect sizes, & the most irritating of all, all door frames with door stops which did not match the timber finish of the frames nor even the other sections of the door stops. I have sent them photographs, I have complained several times on the telephone, but they are not prepared to do anything at all about it because I have taken the components out of the packaging. What they cannot seem to grasp is that the defects did not become visible until the door stops were removed from the packaging.I also asked several times to speak to a manager, I was given yet another email address so I could write all this out in an email despite having already sent several emails and had 18 phone calls with their customer service team. I asked for a manager but predictably one was not available & they were not able to provide me with the name of their own general manager. So I've had to take the trouble to look this up on the Internet & frankly I am regretting bitterly ever having heard of vibrant doors and/or deanta doors because their after sales and customer services do not measure up to what I would expect from a reputable company. I wish I'd had access to some of the reviews here before I decided on Vibrant doors, and as for the staff, I found Callum condescending, and Victoria was the only one who was remotely helpful, but even so, this experience has cost me a lot of money, not just for purchase but also for cancellation of contractors because of the defects found when the frames were unpacked. And the icing on the cake was when the replacement doors arrived a day early when I had specifically told them I wouldn't be home. Fortunately, the Deanta driver called me and managed the delivery of the new & collection of the incorrect doors without any further problem.

Nightmare: purchased 10 doors on 22 February and since then not sorted.they let me purchased doors that they even not in stock . When I chased after 10 days where is my delivery they said that 3 doors is out of stock until 15th April .when I said Ok deliver rest of the doors and them 3 I will wait then they said I have to wait another 10days after several phone call s they said they got all doors in. When the doors arrived I found that 3doors are wrong size. Again phone calls and emails I get to point when I said collect the doors and get me a refund. They collected the doors on 4 weeks ago and I still don’t have money back.Did trying to call them many times staying on the line for 15min and no answer . Horrible experience.

WHAT A CIRCUS. Horrible customer service with 3 delivery delays, taking them 3 months to make two sliding doors, when their delivery promise is 10 days. AVOID!!!

I ordered a door frame 6thJune and rang last week to enquire. Found out my order hadn't even got to the stockist. Got put on hold and then basically told sorry with no idea when I'd get my frame. Rang today and it just rings and rings. Person finally answers and puts me on hold. I emailed to ask for my money back.

Service was good but I'm so disappointed with these bifold doors, had to buy an extra strip of oak as there was an inch wide gap between the doors and the frame when closed and they still don't close properly, absolutely gutted

Michelle, If there is an inch wide gap between the doors and the frame this will 100% be down to installation. Either the head cut length, internal rebate size, or pivot positions will be wrong. We obviously haven’t designed any of our three internal bifold systems to have a gap of that size and as one of, if not the biggest internal bifold door suppliers in the UK I feel like this issue would have been raised prior, if it were a design fault, after 8 years of supply to the UK. Can you please email me with some images of the set? Once we resolve the issue I would hope you amend the review as I feel 1* for poor workmanship on a supply only product is harsh to say the least. Ordered (and paid for) doors on 25th February. Though the website said they were in stock, after enquiring about not being informed about delivery I was told by Peter on 1st March that not all the doors were in stock, but would be on 18th. Emailed Peter on 23rd after no update to be told that the “container had been pushed back”. Further advised by Georgia on 29th that they were due back in stock on 20th April. Sigh… Following another request from an update, I was told on 26th April by Victoria, that the doors have “docked in the country so will be available in the next week or so.” It is now 11th June. No doors and no update.

i was purchased doors worth of £1100 on 22nd february today is 20may and i got still not sorted .After several phone calls and emails i have to wait 6 weeks to get the doors then three doors was wrong size .Since then they cant sort the doors.Again after my chasing they say that i can get the right door 11jun . Can you believe 6 months to wait ?when i say to them i want refund they want to collect the doors first then they refunding money .Would you be thrust this company after all that?This company should not exist .

Where are my doors?! I ordered 4 doors on the 1st April and waited patiently. By the end of the month I called Vibrant Doors to find out where they were. It turns out one door was out of stock and they were waiting for the full order to be available to be in stock before shipping. Fine, apart from the fact the final door won't be available until the end of June/start of July!! That's three months after I ordered and NO ONE at Vibrant doors had been in touch to let me know the situation. The options they have given me for delivery are not great - they want me to pay and extra £45 to source a door from elsewhere! They need to update their website with stock levels or at least tell you your items are not in stock straight after you've ordered rather than just keeping your money for a month and keeping quiet. Vibrant Doors have broken the distance selling regulations and I'll be reporting to Trading Standards. Customer service is really poor. I have emailed but received no reply.

cowboys took 6 weeks to deliver 2 doors after chasing them one arrived damaged and was told by them nothing they can do about it total cowboys 🤠 should be shut down

Hi Terence, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, we would however like to point out some key points that have been missed; The couriers attempted on two occasions to book in a delivery with yourself, on both occasions a voicemail message was left asking you to return the call to book in a suitable delivery date - this wasn't done. You then sent an email into one of our sales team stating to deliver the products to your address and that you will take full responsbility should nobody be at the property. We advised this wasn't ideal as we'd have no standing with the couriers should their be any issue but you insisted you wanted us to go ahead. Damage was then reported hours after delivery and unfortunately as we stated with a delivery going ahead without a customer signing we'd have no standing with the couriers. We feel this review is very unfair and whilst we want to try and assist, we do feel you've missed key elements of your experience. Vibrant Doors
Rubbish communication and feel like being lied to. I ordered doors that were in stock and then get a quite unprofessional and basic email saying that they aren’t actually in stock but will be with me next week, next week came and nothing so I chased and told next week again and nothing again and this is carrying on. Can’t get through on the phone either just get an email fobbing me off once a week. Very deceitful company advertising items in stock and taking money and then not fulfilling order!
