This is the worst supplier I have ever had to deal with. A catalogue of errors on my order meant twice delayed delivery, the wrong type of door furniture sent out, hinges and two subsequent replacement sets sent out still incorrect. This company does not deserve to be trading. Buyers beware.

The staff at Vibrant doors could not be more helpful. Callum re-arranged the delivery of my doors at short notice. He responded quickly and efficiently to any emails with queries I had. He inspected the doors on arrival at there unit and noticed one damaged, he arranged the replacement ready for my collection. There showroom is worth a visit where there is lots to see. This is the second time I have used Vibrant doors to replace all the doors in a house.

Simply dreadful customer service. Placed an order 29/10, one door was incorrect, 6 weeks spent chasing a replacement, messages not returned, emails not read. Replacement arrived 10/12, same incorrect door again.

Excellent customer service - lots of back and forth on options and offered a great package price which was unbeatable. Picked Mendes doors and these came straight from the manufacturer. Had some issues but dealt with Mendes for those, and had a refund for one door passed back, though that was only slightly late (matter of days). Would use again!

Beware if your items are not in stock you will be waiting ages for your money back! I placed an order with VDs on a Monday for £1485.00 worth of goods. I received an emailed on Wednesday morning to tell me that the doors were not in stock and to ask if I wanted a refund. I requested a full refund. When I called Vibrant Doors to ask when the money would return to my account no one could seem tell me how long exactly the money would take to return to me. The customer service people I spoke to just kept saying ‘It’s on its way back to you’. The two customer service people I spoke to were completely unapologetic, rude and just kept saying ‘It has been processed’. It is now Friday and I have still not been refunded. Because I am £1485.00 short I cannot place an alternative order for doors and I have had to cancel my joiner because I do not know when I will be able to afford a new product for him to fit. I VD again this morning to ask how long the refund will take and I was finally told that refunds can take up to five days to process. He insisted that this is a normal process and is ‘just how the bank system works’ However, I have never experienced anything like this with other companies and in fact many companies often do not bill you until the delivery has been released and if they do process a refund it is back in your account instantly. Above all, it seems really unjust to me that a company can take your money for something that isn’t even available in the first place and then make you wait over a week for your money back. I have read the Google reviews and can now see that there are other customers who had the same problem. This is clearly an issue with their banking system that needs to be resolved in order for their customers to have a better experience with the company.

Having ordered doors with another company and waited since February, for me to still not have them I was reluctant to order doors online again. However Vibrant have been great from the start, sales were helpful, their couriers contacted me straight away to book in delivery and doors arrived when expected I would definitely use them again and recommend to others

Where are my doors?! I ordered 4 doors on the 1st April and waited patiently. By the end of the month I called Vibrant Doors to find out where they were. It turns out one door was out of stock and they were waiting for the full order to be available to be in stock before shipping. Fine, apart from the fact the final door won't be available until the end of June/start of July!! That's three months after I ordered and NO ONE at Vibrant doors had been in touch to let me know the situation. The options they have given me for delivery are not great - they want me to pay and extra £45 to source a door from elsewhere! They need to update their website with stock levels or at least tell you your items are not in stock straight after you've ordered rather than just keeping your money for a month and keeping quiet. Vibrant Doors have broken the distance selling regulations and I'll be reporting to Trading Standards. Customer service is really poor. I have emailed but received no reply.

I contacted them by email with a query about one of the doors I wanted to purchase and had no response after 4 days. I tried ring several times and no one answered the phone. I have no faith if I can't get a response as a potential customer. What would if be like if I had an issue after I bought the doors. They have now missed out on the sale of 6 internal doors

Do not use this company! They have appalling customer service, do not respond to emails when things go wrong and never sort the problem. I have ordered from them previously so has doors that need to match. Ordered a Mexicano oak door and the edges are streaked throughout and look wrong. Sent photographs and emails and still no outcome. Also be careful! This company is just a distributor for doors and the many cheap door companies online use this one. Pay the extra and go to a company that cares about their customers. Hope they go out of business soon! Typical British inefficiency at its best.

I have ordered 2 internal doors from Vibrant doors. I have had no communication from them regarding delivery after several days, so I have attempted to call them several times, within their advertised opening hours, with no answer. I have emailed them and am now awaiting a response. This is poor customer service.

Ordered 12 doors over a month ago, I have only received 6 and still waiting for the remaining doors which they said were out of stock when I phoned 10 days after placing order (having had no communication from them) They happily took my money for doors that they didn’t tell me were out of stock and still no firm date when I will receive the remaining doors. No communication from the company other than me instigating phone calls. Unfortunately this company has not fulfilled it’s website’s claims on delivery times and the lack of communication just compounds the disappointment.

Bought 10 x Mexican doors about 12 months ago one of the the laminate has started to lift according to customer service I haven't sealed it properly even though I used the sealant they recommended and the other 9 doors are fine they are refuseing to replace the door. I spent nearly a £1000 on doors and this is the service you get think carefully before buying.

Hi, Thank you for providing the image of this door. It clearly shows the door has next to no lacquer on it therefore moisture has penetrated and lifted the veneer. I expect this door is on the kitchen or bathroom and this has been caused by the moisture in the air. The doors come with finishing guidelines and we can recommend a choice of finisher (usually OSMO) we cannot tell you exactly how many coats to use nor can we control the process. Our prefinished doors are sealed properly in the factory and therefore come with a two year finish guarantee. We, like all of our competitors and distributors supply unfinished doors, it is your responsibility to finish them properly.
Having ordered the downstairs doors last year and receiving a brilliant service, we were more than happy to use again to order the upstairs ones. The whole process is hassle free. Ordering, communication, delivery... So easy. The delivery drivers were polite and took care with the doors, even checking them over as they handled them. The doors are top quality & cheaper than other companies and look fantastic! Absolute pleasure to buy from!

Trying to get a replacement for DAMAGED goods. Good luck to anyone buying from here - I received a shipment of doors of which 1 was damaged. Unfortunately the damage was not noted until after the couriers left. I rang within 30 minutes of delivery and notified the company of the damage and they said that they would investigate it. After 2 days I got a response saying that the courier will not take liability for the damage and that I must have damaged the door myself. I have been going back and forth for over a week with the company as I would like a replacement but the company will not accept liability. The couriers took a photo of the doors once delivered but as there were 10 doors stacked upon each other you couldn't visibly see the damage on the photo. This photo absolves the company of any liability, so make sure to NOT let the couriers leave until you have inspected every inch of your delivery. To top things off I was sent a PDF of a signed satisfaction survey saying I was happy with delivery which I nor my husband had filled it. Whether it was the couriers or one of the builders, I don't know - but surely the homeowner should fill this in? I have got a partial refund but I'm not happy with this outcome. I would urge anyone to think twice about buying from here and to not let the couriers off the property until you have fully inspected every item and are truly happy with it. The partial refund doesn't cover the stress this has caused nor all the time going back and forth. For this reason, if I could give 0 stars I would, save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

We ordered a bifold internal door to widen the opening between our kitchen and dining room. It lets in a lot more light. The door is of exceptional quality, and looks far more expensive than it actually was. We’re very happy with our decision and have already had many compliments. Would highly recommend and will be ordering another door to match!

I'm not usually one to write reviews online, but I have to commend Vibrant Doors on their efficient delivery, polite customer service and great quality doors. We have had our folding door system in for just over a month now, and I am so pleased with the quality and value for money that we managed to find in Vibrant Doors. I was particularly impressed with how the sales team were more than willing to speak directly with my joiner to offer installation advice. This company is a breath of fresh air that are willing to go above and beyond - I would not hesitate to recommend! :)

Hi Ben Forsyth, Your comments are completely unacceptable. You originally placed your order incorrectly which you called us to let us know – so we advised at the time, the best way to rectify things and in the quickest timescale to get doors swapped over. However, you chose to completely ignore this advice and place a completely new order with delivery charges. This order you also placed wrongly, so you called to try and cancel one of the doors on this order a few days later, by which time this new order had been dispatched to the couriers which then meant the delivery and collection was pushed back further causing problems for you, which you blamed us for. The internet allows all customers to leave feedback, however we would disagree with everything you’ve said and therefore have responded as such, as its wholly unfair to blame us for your inability to follow proper advice and place orders for correct sized doors. We at all times gave you the correct advice, in a very timely manner to get the situation resolved for you, but to blame us for all the things you did wrong is wholly rejected.
