“One star is one too many for this company…I have never had such bad customer service from any company I have ever used….too much went wrong to even write down, but all I will say is to whoever owns this company, get yourself some new telephones agents and a new customer complaints manager, or get them some comprehensive customer service training!!!!!…i an now out of pocket as my refund did not include the delivery charged I paid, but I can cope with that…please do not use this company”

“My only complaint is that the frosting was damaged on one of the doors. The 'cure' suggested did not work. I am of the opinion that the quality did not match the price, the frosting on the glass being stick on reeks of cheap and nasty. Sorry to be so deflamatory but you did ask for feedback.”

“Good quality doors but they need protection in the edges when in delivery. Small chips and splits and the edges as they’re not covered. All other doors I’ve ordered have had cardboard edging or foam.”

“The order took over 4 weeks to arrive when Vibrant doors state 5-7 working days. Three separate deliveries firstly the doors, then the frame and finally the track and hardware. The doors themselves are ok the hardware is of a very poor standard. Would I recommend them to anyone else not a chance they are rubbish.”

“Sought advice on phone ref colour .advised door will be darker than web photo. Lovely guys delivered with great care and respect for my home. Door colour beautiful. Being fitted this week. Did lots of research before buying. Very happy with style colour and quality. From purchase to delivery excellent communication and doors arrived exactly at the time specified . Amazing service.”

“My door was not delivered when promised. Arrived 1 week later than it should have. Contacted support who advised issues with IT systems, however no apology from them. Support could not advise when door would arrive, so just had to wait for text message on day of delivery which I couldn't plan for.”
