So Rude! Paid for product and delivery which didn’t came at all and they asked me to pay again for delivery! Thieves!

One star is one too many for this company…I have never had such bad customer service from any company I have ever used….too much went wrong to even write down, but all I will say is to whoever owns this company, get yourself some new telephones agents and a new customer complaints manager, or get them some comprehensive customer service training!!!!!…i an now out of pocket as my refund did not include the delivery charged I paid, but I can cope with that…please do not use this company

The order took over 4 weeks to arrive when Vibrant doors state 5-7 working days. Three separate deliveries firstly the doors, then the frame and finally the track and hardware. The doors themselves are ok the hardware is of a very poor standard. Would I recommend them to anyone else not a chance they are rubbish.

My door was not delivered when promised. Arrived 1 week later than it should have. Contacted support who advised issues with IT systems, however no apology from them. Support could not advise when door would arrive, so just had to wait for text message on day of delivery which I couldn't plan for.

This is the second email I have received asking me to leave a review of your service. However, I have still not received the doors I ordered on the 26th of June, so am unable to say what the doors or delivery are like.

Shocking company to deal with. Would not use again and certainly wouldn’t recommend. Received 8 doors of which 2 were damaged. Spoke to office and sent photos to get a response of the replacements should be with you in few days. A few days off a month later and we still haven’t had the doors replaced. Have chased up 4 times and told each time the courier company will be in touch within a day or so. According to the guy I spoke to today They don’t record calls or log calls so don’t know who has spoken to customers previously or have any history of orders. Have requested to speak to the manager and been told I’d get a call back twice, still waiting…..

Door has been delivered and quality is very good, still awaiting the rest of my order which is a french door. However customer service is appalling! There seems to be just one lady on the answer phone when one rings and select the Sale’ option, she takes her sweet time to pick up the phone and when heaven finally permits her to do so, she is rude, loud and acts as though the caller is the cause of her problem! She even hangs up the call! Disgusting behaviour! Can someone more sensible answer people’s calls please! Thank you

Very disappointing service overall. Started well, the online ordering was straight forward, confirmation email followed then a delivery slot arranged, going well I thought. Delivery day, bright and early. One of the door panels was missing, just a hand written note on the delivery note “To Follow”, no more info from the delivery guys as to what happens next. They were back 6 hours later as they had left all the fittings on the van, it is not clear on the delivery note how many actual boxes you get so you can count. Replacement Door. I emailed Vibrant with the details of the missing door, no one got back to me, emailed again with the same result so I decided to give them a call. It was morning time. Got through to Oli, nice chap. Had no details of the missing door so would need to investigate and get back to me. 16:45 Oli finally called back, and found no stock of a fifth door even though the system stated there were three, no date available for restock. Oli gave me the option of a door with the same glass option but different finish, as this was a cheaper option to what I ordered they would refund the difference. As this door was in stock I told Oli to proceed and explained I only had my carpenter on site for the next four days, so would need delivery before then, he would investigate. The couriers contacted me with a delivery date of 11 days later, their offices are an hour and a half down the motorway from me and 11 days was the best they could do. I am now stuck for over a week, had to send the carpenter home and hope I can rebook when the door actually arrives. Got an email from Charlotte in customer services “Oli has put on the new order and refunded the difference in price. It is being delivered on 17/06.” I looked at both Vibrant and Vufold when choosing doors, in hindsight I would go with Vufold.

Very in flexible about changing delivery dates and will charge an additional delivery charge! Packaging was poor, just a layer of thin cellophane that was ripped. Not impressed at all.?

2 orders placed now and nothing but problems! Constant lack of communication and lies about whether items are either actually even in stock & what the delivery dates are going to be. Same excuses used as to why yet more than happy to charge large amounts for delivery!! If there was another choice I’d avoid!

NOTHING I ordered arrived at the time I was given and then when the correct amount of handles did eventually get to me...a week later...one was damaged and a further week later I'm still waiting for the replacement. Very disappointing.

Very poor customer service. Having received doors just over a week ago, the joiner has come today hang one of the delivered doors and this has obviously been damaged prior to packaging as the outer packing had no damage. Having contacted Vibrant and being told that as this is over the 48 hours stated on the order confirmation email (which never arrived) Vibrant doors will take no responsibility. As a lone female I had no way on inspecting each oak door on arrival as I couldn't even lift them! Disappointing as I have placed an order for 17 oak doors, some of which we are now told are not in stock! Would definitely NOT recommend this company due to the poor customer service.

ZERO STARS. Doors are fine but the delivery company dropped the doors on my car causing £1500 of damage. The company accepted responsibility, but their courier and PLI insurance company are rejecting any liability leaving this damage, cost with me to deal with personally. I am now investigating a claim with my insurance company for legal recourse.

We ordered doors on the basis they were 'in stock' and organised our joiners to fit for an important fire certificate deadline. We were subsequently told that the doors will not be available for months. This has left us with a real headache to sort and Vibrant needs to review its online stock status policy, because it is definitely misleading (or even dishonest).
