I’ve ordered 3 doors. Webpage they were in stock at the time of ordering. Received an email after placing my order that they were out of stock and a delivery date of end of June applies. To their credit they have offered me half the delivery fee back. This was over a week ago. Let’s hope I receive the doors in time and fiscal return before updating my review.

Delivery was excellent but the instructions were extremely poor. When I called customer services although the call handler was very pleasant, when asked for better instructions to fit the door she sent a video of someone opening the door. I thought at first it was a joke but ohhhh nooooo it wasn’t. I would not recommend vibrant doors unfortunately.

Ordered doors charged £36 for delivery after entering post code etc I then received an email stating delivery charge now £161 due to delivery being Aberdeen ( think supplier) I was offered half payment from Vibrant doors but when calculated out I still paid over half If I could of got doors elsewhere I would of but required to match the ones I purchased a few years ago unsure company but didn’t pay large amount for delivery then I got the doors put up Tuesday and found glue type type stuff on doors have some off but struggling to get rest off the doors are good doors

Door arrived badly damaged so had to refuse delivery. Caused problems as had someone coming in to fit it following day so had to put them off. Took quite awhile to get new door through but this one was fine. Door fine but lots of hassle & inconvenience due to having to refuse first door

Good doors but the was some minor imperfections which was done in manufacturing did need some fix on 2 doors

I'm a bit disappointed that you told me my door would be ready to collect on Friday 25th only to be told when I phoned to confirm its in you told me it won't be ready till Wednesday 23rd. Let's hope it is.

These doors are good looking but have a wood chip core. Not made of Oak as stated.

I complained to Vibrant doors about the delivery company that they subcontract to but Vibrant were indifferent to the problem. The delivery company claims to offer time slots throughout the day but not so. Last delivery time slot is 1 pm. The delivery company will not give a delivery time indication other than it will be delivered on such and such day but they will phone 1/2 hr before actual delivery takes place on the day. This is useless if the homeowner has to make arrangements with work for relevant time off. I lost 2 delivery time slots on the day because of this. The delivery company did not care at all - take it or leave it attitude. Vibrant did not seem to care at all when I phoned to let them know of this problem. On the 3rd, final occasion when delivery did take place they left the 12 very heavy fire doors at the front door and refused to bring them in "because of Covid". Luckily not raining. The front door opens directly into the street (no front garden at all). I am a 74 yrs old physician so had extreme difficulty in bringing them into the front door lounge. Horrible experience, uncaring company totally disinterested once they had received payment.

Sadly I'm struggling to get my delivery after 3 weeks they have my money After two days of taking my order they advise discontinued Then promised delivery in 7 days no delivery About 10 calls later advised sorry but two doors unavailable any more So said ship the rest Nothing happened Just get told XL joinery will handle your order Then they pass it to a courier who will contact us by phone to agree a delivery And no contact A month later after spending 2k I'm lost for words Avoid this company they are just a platform

7 doors delivered after a long delay as one wasn't in stock. However thats not the issue. Three doors have a strong red tint in no way match the other three doors. They have said natural variation i have said different woods. I'll leave you to decide. They have offered to replace the doors but with no guarantee they'll match I understand wood is a natural product by the way but these doors are a different colour and markedly different grain as well.

Fantastic, 14 doors, everyone perfect, would recommend this company. Price was excellent and a smooth and easy transaction, delivery very good also.
