“The service we received was very friendly and courteous. Considering that the service was on a Sunday and out of hours we still consider the charge outrageous.”

“The treatment and care my dog received was great, could not fault it. The vet was professional and explained everything to me. The only down side of my visit was that the out of hours fee was 140! Then treatment on top of that! I think that fee is absolutely ridiculous. I had no choice but to pay it or my sick dog could have died. People who really care and are worried about their animals are the people who are going to be taking them to the vet during the night, we should not be charged this amount for caring about our animals.”

“I had to use this place as an emergency service at gone midnight as I was worried about my dog. Heartbroken he was put to sleep. Due to the time there wasn't an option for a 2nd opinion so I had to rely on the vets comments only. The vet seemed very sympathetic and seemed genuinely sad.”

“We had to wait over 1 1/2 hrs before being taken. The service was good but more interested in pushing for more money to come there way asking for blood test at approximately £120 when our own vet charges half the cost for this service. Would we use again no”

“Waited 3 hours to be seen and was then only in the room 5mins. There should be another vet on duty in case of emergencies while the other sees the less urgent patients”

“Very through but charged the earth for an hours work. Ended up taking my dog to my own vets twice and was charged a minimal amount and they did more for my dog 😢😢”

“The vet was ok and gave my pet medication she needed for 1 night but the cost was horrific! I understand that it was emergency care but a consultation was 5 x what I would normally pay for 10 minutes. Other than cost then the experience was fine. Vet was ok and receptionists helpful”

“Although I visited out of hours-and the vet was excellent-I found the Cost of the consultation to be extortionate. £192 for a 10 minute consultation is simply not acceptableAnd to add insult to injury-I was asked to pay a £15 admin fee just for the medical claim form to be filled in! I certainly will not be re-attending or recommending this clinic to anyone I know”

“The vet herself was lovely and done a good job. The only problem was being told that it would cost over £600 for someone to come out to see my dog and put my dog down that that was in pain. We couldn’t afford that so we had to put my dog that was in pain, in a van, at the time all family was away so I had to ask my next door neighbor to hold her in my van. Dog was very distressed having to leave the house. When I’m in this situation again, I Will look elsewhere and vets now will be my last choice.”

“Took care of my dog very well comments made to us not by all staff made us feel bad and the costs of all treatment is extortionate. My dog means the world to us. Has now left us in debt.”

“I can’t comment on the vetenary care as there wasn’t enough time with the vet to do so. I’m very disappointed in the the costs incurred for the service we received. We arrived at the vet and waited around 25 minutes to see him only for the puppy to die within literally 2 minutes of the vet seeing him. If I had waited 2 minutes longer I would not have been charged the £150 for the vet to say he will not survive. I know they are a business but £150 for 2 minutes work is ridiculous!”

“The receptionist staff are amazing especially Michelle, who couldn't have been more caring when we came to pick up our baby dogs ashes so thank you for that. But Unfortunately the vet who dealt with us the week before, Jessica lacked compassion & lets this practice down. She had to euthanise our Benj but was uncaring towards us, after it was all over she didn't even come back out, she sent a member of staff to collect payment. I wish we'd been able to let our own vets do it, my biggest regret ever.”

“Think the amount u charge for out of hours £147 includ vat is distgusting and if all vets charge this amout u should be ashamed seems me its all about money not animal welfare !!!”
