“My elderly cat was distressed with cystitis which has been a recurrence but the young lady was able to settle her. The problem recurred again a few days later and our regulsr vet treated her.”

“Are GSd was very poorly and in alot of stress and unwell , having only visited our own vets that day we thought the end had come to our 13yr dog , how ever your vet treated him with antibiotics and he pulled through and is his old self again Thanks to all the staff at vets now Wellington shropshire from the receptionist to the vet”

“The emergency service that is Vets Now has been invaluable. Our cats have, in most cases, fallen ill during the emergency hours of evenings or weekends. The care and access to treatment is of a very high standard and in all but one incident, we have had positive outcomes. My ONLY challenge with the emergency service is the price/fee structure. With one incident, our cat was treated initially by Vets Now, then handed to the care of Icknield on the day service. 1 cat = 2 insurance claims which was a bit of a hassle. Prices are high, which would be unaffordable for many if they didn’t have access to good insurance, which I have a general issue with. As such discussions around treatment options have often boiled down to a discussion on cost as opposed to a discussion on what the right course of medical action is, which has been an issue. But overall, we want and need this service so thank you.”
