“Really could not praise your team enough!. It's not easy to deal with pet owners who are anxious about the pets wellbeing. Our CKCS had a grass seed deep down inside his ear. From the moment we contacted your team, speaking initially to Alex, we were put at ease, safe in the knowledge that all would be fine. Then off to see Timothy Townsend with the team at Wimborne, met first by a smiling professional receptionist. What an amazing team, calming and reassuring in their approach, such steady and skillful handling of our dog, Oliver. A big thank you to all those who helped us all that night.”

“I was on the situation of having to have my pet put to sleep as all dog owners know this is horrible . The vet was incredibly kind and thoughtful which made the whole process easier”

“Firstly found receptionists at Glasgow very friendly and helpful, this can be very comforting when anxious. Appointment was given within the week for Ralphy my miniature schnauzer to see a specialialist in internal medicine Scott.My dog was quite poorly at this stage and Scott was very helpful and understanding. Ralphy had a lot of investigations done and I was informed of results and plan of action by phone,and also listened to any concerns I may have. At present my dog is a good deal better on medications . I am very happy to continue to have vets now Glasgow continuous advice and support for Ralphy.”

“Staff where all professionals and showed a great deal of care and compassion to myself and my injured pet. They gave me support throughout and did a fantastic job with surgery and aftercare on Hari. I couldn’t have wished for more for my Hari’s Care. 5*treatment from 5* staff. Thank you”

“The vets now team in Salisbury we’re amazing, my poorly old cat fudge, was so bad he couldn’t walk anymore, both the vet and the two lady assistants were so kind , I don’t know what I would have done , and I couldn’t see fudge suffer any more..... I can’t thank them enough”
