the cost was extradinray and unfortunately my cat reid after been brought in by a neighbour whilst I was away. the staff told.my neighbour that I couldn't afford to pay in damage which was very embarrassing and led to my neighbour paying the £800 fee! turns out my lovely day had spesis but felt like the whole situation was managed horribly.

Disappointing and lack of sympathy shown by first contact call, ignorant receptionist next day who chatted on the phone with no apology whilst i waited, feeling upset. Other vets in Swindon have followed up pets' deaths by sendimg a small sympathy card. A lovely touch. Nothing from you in approx 7 weeks? Not recommended. Now changed all my 5 (dogs and cats) to Vets Klinic. (They were registered with various vets as were rehomed by me). Lovely clinic. It is very upsetting when a much loved pet dies and, as such, needs sympathetic handling by someone who shows concern and care.

Before they carry out anything get a price as took £1.22 pounds for putting a budgie too sleep within 15 minutes out off hours 55 pounds alone this was at 9 o'clock in morning so beware ask price first before been mugged that was without a mask .. One disgruntled customer..

Was annoyed by the advice to pay £250 to have my cats dangly skin removed after a cut. 2 weeks later it’s dropped off!! Think I’ll be moving vets now.

I felt that the first vet we saw lacked compassion and understanding for our situation. His sole focus was on finances and he repeatedly told us that our puppy could die before any test had been carried out, causing us significant distress and upset. Our puppy is 12 weeks old now and completely healthy.

I found the staff to be very unprofessional towards sick animals felt like the vets didn't really care and all they was interested in was money the vet insisted I returned to the practice first thing in the morning but after the way I felt about the vets i refuse to use them again as I just felt like a number not a person with a poorly animal . When all the vet was talking about money and never once mentioned what was wrong with my poorly cat.

Awful. Terrible! Vet told us that we had to get in ASAP as he could die... Only to leave us waiting for hours to be seen. Night vet was completely useless couldn't even find a vein. Bruised him to bits then blamed him for moving (which he didn't) Went to another vet and they told use how badly bruised he was and how he had very prominent veins. The night rates are stupid money! £200 to see a woman who can't even read a chart it's just wrong. My cat suffered unnecessarily because of her!! I'd rather die than visit your establishment again!! Should my animals be in need of treatment I will be driving out of the city. When he was transfered he was discharged. And I was told that all of that stress was totally unneeded. The AWA 2006 states that causing unnecessary suffering is illegal!! Furthermore the "vet" was nothing but patronising. I have an animal bio bsc. I don't appreciate being lied to about toxicology and blood work. I also read his chart and she'd even lied on his notes!!!

Absolutely shocking service tell you one price over the phone and it miles move never even asked me if I wonted my dogs treatment just did it and give me a massive bill I would strongly advise NOT to come to this vets

1. The waiting room is smelly and the air conditioning unit makes a dreadful whining noise. 2. The waiting time is frequently 1.5 hours whereas other branches of Vets Now is usually 15 mins. 3. On the last occasion, their computers were down and the vet treated my pet without having any reference to his history and removed the stitches to his wound which had been inserted less than 2 days previously. I had of course told the vet (and the receptionist) the reason for my visit which was NOT for the stitches to be removed - they were to have remained for another 10 days.

Treatment for my dog was excellent, 5 stars. But DID NOT appreciate the text at 2.16 AM to rate the service. That is the reason for low rating.

Very poor service. When we arrived at 2 am we could not get in. The bell was not working and no one was looking out for us. Also they were not answering the phone. The vet examined our dog and said he could not find anything wrong g with her. He gave no medicine to ease her sickness and diarrhoea. Our dog was still so iIl the next day we had to go and see our own vet who gave our dog a full range of medicine and food to ease her pain. We never received a bill but received a final demand bill. A very unsatisfactory service all round.

Not interested in the animals, start talking about money the second you arrive, it’s a shame for the young vets I’m sure they care but the process doesn’t allow them to, £955 for treatment that costs £70 the next morning

The cost was outrageous. Far too expensive. £48 for a bandage and £120 out of hours charge. I’m considering complaining to Trading Standards.
