“I received an immediate appointment as soon as I made the emergency call and was seen by the vet and back home again within 45 minutes. The vet and staff were friendly and helped reassure me everything was ok with my dog. Would highly recommend and would use again in an emergency situation out of normal vet opening hours. Excellent, friendly service.”

“The vet we saw about our rabbit was calming and courteous explained things clearly our rabbit looked okay but he decided to do a blood test which showed up possible life threatening problems but thanks to him our rabbit is on the way to recovery. Please pass our thanks on to the vet and the night staff that looked after coco.”

“My puppy received excellent care and treatment from this service . We were very well informed every step of the way and it was reassuring to know that she was in good hands. It did work out expensive and it may have been helpful if we had the opportunity to reduce the price by having the option of prioritising what needed to be done and eradicate any extra costs ! Nether the less we couldn’t fault the care and treatment Sally received from all the staff and in an emergency situation I would use this service again .”
