“We visited 3 vets within 24 hours when our cat became seriously ill out of nowhere. Vetsnow were fantastic, caring, compassionate and were the ones to find the problem. Thanks to them our coco is on the mend. Yes they are expensive because they are a specialist hospital but I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! We can’t thank them enough 😀”

“Amazing care & helpfulness but horrendously expensive. I don’t see why their costs should be at least 100% more than everyday vet practises. We are all animal lovers after all.”

“Sadly despite the best efforts of the Vets Now team we had to have our elderly Westie euthanised out of hours after becoming acutely unwell with breathing difficulties. The care our dog received was outstanding; she was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Also staff took the time to keep us involved with every decision made and we too treated with care and compassion for what was a very emotional time for us.”

“My dog is very nervous and she was looked after well here. Everything was taken care of for me leaving me to concentrate on my dog. Due to the care of the vets, my dog seems to be making good progress. I was kept well informed of what was happening.”

“The Vet was very caring kept us informed of what was happening and discussed all the steps that we could take, the options we had. On discussion with the Vet we went home and they would try stabilise my dog enough for her to survive an operation. Unfortunately they couldn’t stabilise her and she phoned and advised us and we took the decision to put her down the Vet went and did what she had to and phoned us back to advise my pet had gone. The care and compassion shown was exceptional.”
