“We had to have our cat seen urgently on a weekend evening because of a urinary blockage, which can be very dangerous. He was seen quickly, catheterised and given appropriate medication and released to our own vet in the morning. I thought the service was excellent - expensive, but that is always going to be the case with out of hours care.”

“Attended the emergency clinic with my dog, the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately my dog ended up being put to sleep, but we were treated with every kindness and both staff members in attendance were absolutely brilliant.”

“Staff were lovely and very helpful, my little dog was seen with in half an hour of me phoning that’s what you call service.. well done! A bit pricey for out of hours though, my wee dog is worth every penny but there will be lots of people out there that wouldn’t be able to pay that and pets will suffer.”
