“This was a very difficult time for myself and my family as our dog had to be put down. However the staff from the receptionist to the vet who dealt with our dog and explained everything were very considerate and informative which made a difficult time that little bit easier.”

“Very good service. All the staff were particularly helpful and caring of our cat and the situation from the moment we made the phone call to all of our communication over the phone and in the vets. Michelle the vet at the Hemel Hempstead branch and her team were fantastic and we were very grateful for all they did.”

“Vet Michelle and her colleagues were absoultley amazing. We wasn't sure if Desmond would make it home from the moment he arrived they were so professional and importantly gave our dog the tlc he required. They have gone above and beyond their duties. She even came in on her off duty to see us and Desmond before he left the service was outstanding.”

“They were brilliant with our little Schnauzer Archie , we needed emergency vet care as our dog was very very sick , and they took Archie in even though the paperwork had not arrived from our vets immediately , they took him in for 36 hours and gave him pain relief and much needed fluids , and we collected him very early hours next day and they welcomed us and had everything ready for us to take Archie go our vets , they were very professionsl and caring and compassionate and made a big fuss of Archie ! Thankyou go. lol the vets and nurses for all your help st our hour of need with our beloved dog xxxxxx”
