“Our dog was in real pain and they quickly gave her pain killers to ease the situation. They kept her in over night and was well looked after and feeling much better in the morning”

“They were reassuring and knowledgable. I had to take my tri border collie, Dougie, in one night and we felt welcomed and even after we left regular phone calls were made to them and they would reassure me and help to make him comfortable. Prestwich branch”

“After a friendly welcome all staff were lovely, Scott Kilpatrick was very kind, informative, kept everything on our level and kept us up to date regularly. When we collected our dog we saw so much love towards him and I can honestly say Scott and the staff were exceptional. I couldn’t fault anything about our visit and would highly recommend them to others”

“Treated our dog Howie very well, really lovely and helpful. We phoned around 1am and arrived around 2am when we finally got a taxi with a very unhappy dog. I believe it was the vet nurse that was on who treated him and she was fantastic with him and our minds were put at ease, we were given advice of what to do if he worsened before seeing his regular vet back home the following day. Very grateful for the help we received.”
