“The vet, Kenneth, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt at ease knowing that he was caring for my pet. Reception staff were also very helpful .”

“As usual excellent service after a visit to out of hours vets. My only critisism of Unicorn vets is that they do not do their own out if hours service. Otherwise second to none.”

“The receptionist and the vet we saw were so very kind and understanding. I brought in my neighbours hamster who has got out of her cage and fallen. I was obviously very upset and they were extremely kind and caring.”

“For the second time we have used Vets Now for out of hours they were very helpful and friendly. Reassuring while my dog was not well. Sadly still not well but time will tell.”

“We phoned to book an appointment. We were told there would be an upfront charge of about £150. We were welcomed by friendly receptionists. We found or vet Mary to be very warm, friendly and knowledgeable. She put our mind at ease and promptly carried out successful emergency treatment if our small dog for which we were very grateful to her. We highly recommend Mary for her great veterinary care! Our doggie is doing well.”

“At a very difficult and emotional time, when my cat was very ill and sadly had to be put to sleep. The vets were compassionate, understanding of my needs and loving and gentle towards Honey in her final moments.”

“The vets (especially Neus) were professional, kind and reassuring. It was a very sad time for us, together we tried everything for our gorgeous Brooke. We knew she was being looked after and loved when we weren’t there with her.”
