Flowers were beautiful however they were left on the recipicants doorstep without notification and they only knew they were ther when I called them the following day to see if they had received the bouquet. Which as you can imagine was embarrassing on both parts. The flowers were ok luckily as they'd been there for over 24 hours. I would of called to complain however I've been to busy.
