“The positives: - They allow custom requests to existing products - for example, I was able to select an existing funeral spray arrangement and add a note to say no roses please - The website is intuitive to use - Wide variety of options for each floral category - Pricing of the arragements is competitive The negatives: - Even if you ring up they ask you to place your order online which is a tad frustrating - Although you receive a text confirming delivery there is no photo so I have no idea if the arrangement met my specifications or arrived in good condition - I placed the order before seeing an email from them containing a 10% discount - I asked if this could be applied retrospectively and received no replies to any of my emails not even a courtesy response noting this wasn't possible - Cost of delivery is steeper than others”

“I ordered the "today's online offer" which I wouldn't recommend. It does say it won't be the same bouquet as in the picture, but she sent a picture of what she did receive and it was far less grand than the bouquet in the picture. I always try to shop local but I have sent far better flowers for the same money elsewhere so will not be buying through Verdure again based on this experience. I can't speak for the other bouquets, just the one I ordered was disappointing. I was however impressed with the speed of the delivery and the contact/info when it was on its way.”

“It’s been 4 days and flowers are still fresh and beautiful. I paid for “3 hours same day” delivery and they got delivered after 4 hours which is still very good. Thank you VERDURE. (Photo of flowers after 4 days)”

“The quality of the arrangement was outstanding, so beautiful. However, the delivery fee for same day, considering the proximity, was quite steep. Still, the flowers looked exactly like the picture on the website, which I was thrilled about, so I would be happy to use Verdure again.”
