“Stunning Flowers that are full and always have the Wow factor. Verdure are always great to call when you need a last minute beautiful floral display. I love how I get an email as soon as my order has been delivered to my recipient.”

“Kai was extremely helpful over the phone in sorting out some funeral flowers for a colleague's father. Apparently they were beautiful, very much appreciated and meant a lot to him. Verdure would have got 'Very Good' if I had received an electronic invoice - which I requested twice. Admin might not be their strong point - but customer understanding and good floral displays definitely are!”

We had some big technical problems with the previous 10 year old website which was replaced recently with a brand new one. Unfortunately your order was one of the last few done on our old system and you experienced this problem which should not recur with the new one now working as it should! Regards, Kai

“I have twice ordered flowers for my daughter and both times they were lovey, however the second time I requested delivery between certain times which was not met. I contacted you to see what had happened and was informed there was a late delivery of the blooms and to compensate you added additional blooms. That was lovely but I think you need to inform the customer of delays, before the customer comes to you. Thank you”

“My daughter, who loves in Manchester had given birth to a baby girl in early September. As I don't live in the area I ordered blindly. I ordered a bouquet to the value of either £30 or £40 which was to include a balloon. The flowers arrived, minus the balloon, I refused the delivery as there were very few blooms and what blooms there were had started to wilt. I spoke to the person I placed the order and he more or less said this was hard to believe. It took a good few days to get the money put back into my account. This was done when my daughter continuously called about the refund. I was disappointed and angry with the service. I could have nipped down to the nearest supermarket and purchased a bouquet for a quarter of the price. Needless to say I have advised family and friends not to use this service.”
