“Van arrived a few days later then requested due to a technical issue with the van. But apart from that it was a good service and a good price. I was fully informed and I still would recommend.”

“The delivery of the new car was dealt with by Tesla who only communicated via text message. A delivery date of the 8th December was initially proposed, but I was not able to take delivery on this day and requested an alternative date. I receive a text back stating the car had now been allocated to someone else and I would not receive a car until January. Following several text messages I was eventually allocated another car for the 23rd December. Happy with the new car but the process to arrange this was less than satisfactory.”

“Getting a lease quote was straight forward as was agreeing the lease terms and payment. What was frustrating was the lead time to receive the car (3 weeks) on the basis of that is how long it will take to service the car. To then find the car did not have a full service as the rear brake pads needed to be replaced (as communicated by the onboard computer).”
