“My initial contract took a long time due to a minor discrepancy with my name. Due to the delay, I had to hire a car for a few days. The delivery driver was courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, he could not find a compatible EV Charging point, so he was unable to leave the car with a very low charge level.”
