The delivery of the new car was dealt with by Tesla who only communicated via text message. A delivery date of the 8th December was initially proposed, but I was not able to take delivery on this day and requested an alternative date. I receive a text back stating the car had now been allocated to someone else and I would not receive a car until January. Following several text messages I was eventually allocated another car for the 23rd December. Happy with the new car but the process to arrange this was less than satisfactory.
