“Everyone spoken to was friendly and helpful and the vehicle was delivered quickly and efficiently by an extremely nice colleague. The only downside was the lack of detailed communication in between stages e.g. expected delivery time, time final payment would come out of my account etc. I had to do a lot of asking questions when i feel like this information should have been provided to me. Overall - very satisfied customer - would definitely recommend and use again”

“As someone new to personal car leasing, I took a critical look at how this works before committing. The information I got from Vehicle Contracts, while always professional and courteous, always left me a little in the dark, particularly about the timing of the whole process. I guess what convinced me that this was a serious operation was after a phone call/credit check with a big manufacturer's dealer who were supplying the car. Only then did I get the full picture of how it all works. I guess I can't complain too much, since I have got a good deal on a great car. It's just that Vehicle contracts went 80% of the way to being perfect in my mind, but left a bit too much to my imagination. I guess that's the price you get for cutting the cost of getting a decent new car parked on your drive. Now I know the system better, I would not hesitate to use Vehicle contracts again.”

Hi Paul Many thanks for taking the time to leave your review. During September we delivered over 200 vehicles to customers many of them had to be registered and delivered before the end of the month. So there was a bit of a rush to complete these! Your executive will stay with your contract for the duration of the lease and hopefully it’s renewal. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact them at any time. We have also taken onboard the points you raised as someone new to leasing.
