“I could not get an accurate delivery time, so took a day off work. Received an update mid-day so say it would be late afternoon. Eventually, the car was delivered after 7:00 pm. No floor mats - considering the cost of the car, and reasonable quality 3 party mats, that seems mean. No 13Amp emergency charger was supplied.”

We will follow this up and get back to you as to why the car was delivered after 7pm. Kia Floor mats are a cost option as is the 13AMP emergency charger. We hope you enjoy your new car. “Vehicle delivered in good condition apart from 2 marginal front tyres which were just within the minimum tread. One of these tyres has since got a puncture and we had to replace both tyres in the advice of the tyre centre costing me £300 after one month of ownership!”

Hi Simon All the used vehicles are inspected prior to delivery and tyres must have a minimum tread of 2mm. If you had maintenance you can claim back from the finance company. Or if you have proof from the fitter tread was below 2mm send that to us. Unfortunately these days it is usual on premium cars to replace both tyres on a chassis, a cost we have all had here!!

“Very happy with Martin Winters who was very helpful from the start. Although the car did turn up very dirty on the outside with 2 stone chips on the bonnet that my wife did not notice when she signed for it.”

Hi Gary Sorry to hear that the car was dirty when delivered, the drivers do try and clean the vehicle if they can near to destination. Re Stone chips. If you have not already, photograth the chips and send immediately to Rhian or Martin. We can then contact the dealer and make arrangements for the damage to be repaired. Kind regards VC Admin

“The delivery date was not withheld on the car and I therefore had to borrow a car for a week and take an additional day off work. The car was delivered with 500 miles on it - not a particular issue but it was dirty and the person did not have time to wash it as he had to catch a train back - he had also put one of the floor mats on the seat so had to wipe it down to remove dirt from the seats also. I just expected with a new car that it would be clean on arrival - it looked liek this person had been eating in it when driving.”

“incorrect model quoted for but not discovered until final paperwork sent to be signed. Delivery of vehicle not made on agreed date due to administration error by Vehicle Contracts - had to be chased up to resolve”
