“I have had a number of vehicles through you over the years and never had any problems. However the service I have had with this vehicle is less than very poor . Vehicle Contracts have taken 4 payments from my bank account with no invoices or explanation as to what the payments refer. Despite numerous phone calls no reason for the withdraws has been given. I have been forced to cancel the Direct Debit I GOT YOUR REPLY , PLEASE SEND ME YOUR CONTACT NUMBER , ITS GOOD TO TALK !!!”

Hi Jonathan Thank you for your review As you know there was a problem at the dealer during the PDi on the vehicle, this has meant the chopping and changing of your delivery date to fit in with your requirements. We have persuaded the dealer to deliver the car on Saturday to fit in with your diary aragements Let us know on Monday that all went well If you have any other questions, as before please contact your account manager Martin Winters

“very disappointed with the vehicle though I was getting the ford transit custom limited same as I have had direct from ford the last for years on lease to say this vehicle is a down grade is a understatement its absolutely terrible and cant believe that I'm stuck with it for two whole years no alloy wheels ,no heated seats ,no colour code wing mirrors ,,no air conditioning ,the vehicle hasn't even got a owners manual in it (apparently cause there were out of stock )the sales rep originally quoted ply lining the decided it wasn't Included and add additional cost I feel the discerption was very vain and now I have ended up with the most basic of transits witch I'm paying well over the odds for and could get at a fraction of the cost direct from ford (would never recommend this company or use again )”

Hi Ryan Thank you for the review. You ordered a Transit Custom low roof Trend Van in Shadow Black Metallic, with Load Compartment LED Lights, and Ply Lining. You carefully ticked these off on your signed order and this vehicle was delivered to you. At no time did you mention to Martin or request Alloy Wheels, Heated Seats, Colour Coded Mirrors, AC, or any other extra other than those you requested. Martin also waived all your documentation fees because you ordered 2 vehicles. Can you check the order on your Audi S3 please in case there are any cost options you require on that vehicle that you have missed from your order? Kind Regards The Vehicle Contracts Admin Team

Hi Richard Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I understand from Martin you were very happy with Vehicle Contracts price and service right up to the delivery agent delivered the wrong car!! Generally all Leasing vehicles come directly from Manufacturers, in this case Nissan. The vehicles are delivered to a dealer hub where they go through a vigorous pre-delivery inspection. The vehicles are then passed to the delivery department. We have been informed by the manufacturer that the system mistake that led to your error has been rectified. Fortunately in your case we were able to keep you mobile until the correct vehicle was delivered. Martin is trying to contact you to make sure everything else is OK with the vehicle, if you have any further issues please do not hesitate to contact him.

“Quoted one price but being charged another for the lease of a q3 and no longer want to respond to emails when I've queried it!!!”
