The car was clean when it arrived it had obviously been standing somewhere there were marks all over it where stickers had been removed but not cleaned properly. The guy that dropped it off wasn’t very helpful and the model I received wasn’t the one I expected minus a lot of spec. Pretty poor really .

I am not at all happy with the colour, the images sent to me displayed a very different shade of red than what i have received. I honestly do not like this colour and therefore i don't like driving the car.

Contacted on 14/12/21 within a day had signed initial contract and been approved no problem. Was informed it may be possible to have car delivered by Xmas. I need the car to use on the 4/1/22 for work some miles away. It then took a week for them to arrange the credit agreement to sign as someone had a few days off and had left it for someone else to arrange who only sorted once I had chased them a week later. Was told car had been requested for delivery on 4/1/22 and would confirm this. By the 23/12/21 I still had not heard any confirmation so had to chase them for this. The person who was supposed to do this had finished for Xmas. Then told yes it would be 4/1/22 so had to lose a whole days earnings to be at home for the car to be delivered as I work away from home so could not be delivered to work. I was not impressed and would definitely not use this company again for a car lease.

This was my first Personal Lease and although the car delivered was as expected I was disappointed with the charges at the end of the contract because they were excessive for a 3 years old car. Not sure whether I will renew at the end of this contract.

Hi Joseph Thank you for the review and we hope you enjoy your new Mercedes. Regarding charges at the end of the contract, any miles over your mileage limit are charged at the excess mileage rate agreed at the start of the contract in pence per mile by the finance company. If there is damage to the vehicle then the BVRLA Fair Wear and Tear guide is used. This guide shows damage to a vehicle that is allowable and damage where you can expect a charge from the finance company. Not great with updating whereabouts. I had to call to find out where the car was as delivered quite late in the day considering the car was being delivered to a work address. A call to say they were delayed would have been appreciated

Hi Kevin Thank you for the review. Unfortunately for health and safety reasons neither ourselves or the dealer are aloud to contact the delivery driver when they are in transit. All delivery drivers have the customers contact details and ours. In the event they are delayed and delivery will fall outside the delivery window they are instructed to stop and inform the customer of the new ETA. In your case as the arrival was within the delivery window the driver continued their journey. Kind regards Rhian

No notification and confirmation of the delivery time. Tried to contact all day on the due date and no one available to answer the phone / fax etc Not the usual service

Hi David Thank you for your feedback. I am glad to see that the vehicle was delivered between 1 and 2 PM on Friday as your request. Unfortunately, Janette was unaware that we had FCA compliance training that afternoon and had limited access to phones/email, however Martin was available on mobile should she had tried that number.
