“Very good customer service, James reply in email within an hour. high quality products. I highly advise shopping in this store. international delivery takes time but it arrives in the end within two weeks. I don’t blame the store for that delay.”

“Great service from James at VaporizeHut - i'll buy from there again without hesitation! The buttons for the review which ask how i communicated with the them and response times dont really allow me to be accurate - i used all of the options, phone, email and live chat and the response time varied and it was always polite and helpful.”

“Very easy ordering process, however there was a bit of a problem in that one of the items hadn't arrived. After speaking with their support (who responded quickly), this was resolved fast and I received the missing item in a couple of days. I will happily order from you again in future.”
