“Great product and great communication from company. My product was not in stock but was offered an alternative, refund or wait until back in stock. Slick communication made sure i had my alternative product delivered swiftly. Will use this company again and recommend to friends.”

“Contacted multiple times over a number of weeks about order not arriving and I was fobbed off and told to wait a few days a number of times. Would not recommend - spent nearly £70 and received nothing.”

“It’s a bit hard to contact the staff by phone but the staff was very helpful especially James. I had a problem with the delivery but James helped follow up with the tracking and even called to inform me. Can’t wait to try the Orion v.2”

“It was novel to me, but after getting used to the time needed to charge the vape and the rate at which my mixture burnt down, I soon developed a facility with the equipment. My neuro-set-up still enjoys the experience of sucking in and blowing out but I feel so much healthier with no tobacco!”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (Yes that’s 6/5) Finally! An opportunity to review I have never looked forward to leaving a review for a company as much as this one. For this one I must thank Ross, the service I received was absolutely impeccable, the pinnacle of customer service, I was given a completely personalised approach with extremely friendly responses, even after my ridiculously specific request's. I was given many options completely tailored to my needs. The products offered are obviously priced at the lowest margins possible which means they are by far the better option than many of their competitors, the range of products they offer is incredible and unlike any other vape store I could find. 50mg/5% vapes are impossible to find in the UK but due to the company’s location they can legally supply these products straight to UK mainland with no issues what so ever Thank you so much Ross & the team for this amazing opportunity I’ve had to do business with you - I can assure you I will be a returning customer and I urge others to do the same I would give more than 5 stars if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
