I have just checked the tracking information which you can see on the link below. https://www.jerseypost.com/tools/track-trace/?tq=RK020501434JE The tracking information is showing that the order has been delivered to the customer in Ireland. Is there any way that maybe somebody has received your order and not told you possibly your neighbour or a friend? Kind regards James
