Brand new vapes Aspire Pockex purchased charged once and worked fine for about 3 hours now does not switch on at all and has left me in the middle of nowhere with no vape

I’ve only just received my order today (6th January) when I ordered on 29th December and paid for next day guaranteed delivery due on Saturday 30th December. I am not happy with the service and feel that I should receive a refund for the next day delivery charge.

First order arrived yesterday with only 20 of the 40 E-Liquids I’d ordered and paid for. No documents in the box, no explanation as to where the other 20 were or whether they would be delivered at a later date. One telephone call and four emails and still no reply! Disgraceful!

Dear Diane I'm sorry to hear about the problems with your order. You should have received a note with your order if there were items to follow. I can only apologise that this wasn't included in this instance. I'm also sorry you've not yet had replies to your messages as we've been a little short-staffed due to illness. We do aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, as stated on our website, and would have got back to you as soon as possible. Ordered goods online pack of pods & 10 liquids First delivery only 5 pods arrived. Emailed and got an answer, and then the outstanding pods arrived but not the liquids Emailed again, no answer to E mail the outstanding pods arrived. A simple online order that was completely mishandled, as many companies are selling Vape, I see no reason to re-order from you.

Hi Brian Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and I'm sorry you experienced problems with this order. I've just checked through the correspondence, and have also checked the Royal Mail tracking and looked at the photos of the deliveries. It would appear from the picture of the delivery on the 5th that the envelope we sent had been damaged in transit as it looks like one of the sides was open. This does happen sometimes but Royal Mail should normally reseal the envelope in a secure bag which they seem not to have done. I can only apologise that the parcel has been damaged and some of the contents have clearly fallen out of the package. We sent you the missing pods which were on the 6th and they were delivered on the 7th according to Royal Mail. Unfortunately, when we re-sent the pods, the 5 liquids were temporarily out of stock so they were sent on the 9th and delivered to you on the 10th. I'm very sorry that the initial order was damaged in transit and this has resulted in delays to your receiving the full order. Best regards Marc Customer Support

My low score is not aimed at the products I received but more at the terrible customer service. I called to enquire about a delivery date but I was left feeling very frustrated with the lack of response. I was told I would receive a call from a member of staff but instead I got a text message at eight o’clock in the evening that didn’t even answer my initial enquiry. I like to feel reassured when making online purchases but unfortunately I was left wondering if this company even existed. When I asked very simple questions I was met with no answers and a very uncomfortable and lengthy silence. My products did turn up but the lack of information and professionalism surrounding my order was enough to put me off from returning. I would have given zero stars but one star was the minimum I was able to award. Just to make matters worse the packaging it was sent in was split down one side and one of my items was missing. After my initial experience of their customer service I decided not to bother reporting the missing item, it just wasn’t worth the stress 👎👎👎

Dear Andrew You ordered at 5.38pm on the Wednesday 29th November which was past our 4pm cut off for same day dispatch as clearly stated on the checkout page. Your order was shipped the next day as per our stated dispatch schedule. You then called at 9.09am the following morning 30th November asking when your order would be delivered. The person who answered the phone was unable to give you that information as the item had not yet been dispatched and advised you someone would get back to you as soon as possible. As this was one of the busiest shopping days of the year (ie 2 days after Cyber Monday) our customer services team were very busy and unable to respond to your request until 8pm. At this time of day we normally feel it is too late to call back as we may disturb someone's evening. You were therefore sent a polite email with all the relevant information ie when the item was sent, and by what shipping service. When the items was dispatched earlier in the day at 2.01pm you would also have received and email with your Royal Mail tracking number which would have enabled you to track the order online. Royal Mail then delivered your order at 11.40am on Friday the 1st December ie in one working day. I'm sorry you feel that this amounts to terrible customer service as our staff did their best to answer your questions courteously, and in a timely fashion. I'm also sorry that you say the package was damaged in transit and one items was missing so I will now refund you for the highest priced item as you've not advised us what the missing items was. Ordered 13 x fruit twist within my order and sent me frosted fruit - I put in a query which you quickly answered and said would send fruit twist but again received frosted fruit again. I will have to look elsewhere to get my Fruit Twist as I have queried again but no response. Disappointed as you have always been really good.

I have been ordering of this site for years ,but stopped because I wasn't receiving my orders. I just recently made an order and for the 3rd time haven't received my order have sent emails with no response.

Hi Nichola Thanks for your message and I'm sorry for the problems you have experienced with recent orders. We did receive an email from your over the weekend which unfortunately we didn't get to yesterday as we were completely snowed under. You will receive a reply shortly. I did check with my colleague and you have received replies previously as this issue has happened before and replacement orders have been sent. I have now had a through look into this and can tell you that the reason you've had problems is you have the incorrect postcode in your account. You have entered a postcode beginning T38 when actually it should be BT38. I guess on some occasions Royal Mail figure this out and on some they don't. With your most recent order this was returned to us yesterday as undeliverable. Maybe because Royal Mail are busier than usual and lack the resources to solve problems like this on their side. I have now adjusted the postcode in your account for you so this shouldn't happen again. I ordered 6 items from this company but only received 5 I phoned customer service up to be told the person who deals with this issue is unavailable and someone would phone me back but I won’t hold my breath first time ordering and feeling robbed

I have been trying since Saturday to resolve the issue of my products and apparently they are experiencing a high volume of customer service calls. Chased since Saturday and had no resolve and Abbey also advised that she doesn’t know the escalation process. This needs sorted for a company accepting hard earned cash!

Hi Angela Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and I'm sorry you were unhappy with the VIP liquids you bought. I can't really understand how this could be as our stock comes direct from the manufacturer, British American Tobacco. We receive deliveries from them weekly and stock sells quickly, and doesn't sit around for ages. Some liquids do get stronger over time so it's possible if you're buying stock elsewhere that their bottles may be older. It's not something I have ever heard of with this brand but all I can assure you is that our stock is coming direct from the source, and has probably sat on our shelves for less than a couple of weeks giving you the longest possible expiry dates. We guarantee all the liquids that we sell so we'll be happy to exchange or refund any products you're unhappy with. This is the second order that has not been satisfactory. The 1st one I paid for speedy delivery and turned up 2 days late and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I have just opened my second order which should have been Morello cherry and they have sent mixed Berries. Absolute shambles. It's a shame as they was always spot on.

I recieved the wrong product which doesn't fit my vape. When I emailed to bring this to the company's attention they were very apologetic and advised that the correct product would be sent out ASAP. However, the replacement was the same again. Not the product I ordered either time. I emailed again but haven't recieved any response since. I used a different company and recieved the correct product in the first instance. There is clearly some error between ordering and packaging which needs to be rectified. I won't be using this company again

The vape juices are hugely overpriced. The vape pen tips are if poor quality and continually split and let the vape juice seep out. Again the tops are hugely overpriced. I have no choice but yo use the tops as it's the only vape pen tgat I've found that is free flowing without the need to press a button to release the vape juice.

Hi Joanne Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review although I have to admit I'm slightly puzzled by your criticisms. You purchased 88vape e liquids and 88vape clearomizers, both priced at £0.99. I can't quite see how you can view £0.99 as hugely overpriced as that is the price that everyone sells them for. We even offer a discount if you buy 20 bottles but you didn't take advantage of that offer. As to the quality of the products we fully guarantee everything we sell so if you did have issues you could have contacted us and we would have replaced any faulty items. As you say that these clearomizers never work for you I think maybe you need to try a different brand. We sell thousands of these and the vast majority of people are very happy with them so I think there might be an issue with how you're filling them. Anyway, sorry we were unable to meet your expectations and I hope you find a range that works better for you. Best regards Marc Customer Support

I've just checked and we received your message via our Contact Form on the 24th of July and we replied the same day. The issue was that you input your email address incorrectly. You typed your email as yourname@gmsil.com rather than yourname@gmail.com. We replied to the email address you gave which will then not have been delivered. We should really have spotted the error but I think, unfortunately, the person who replied just hit the 'reply' button without double- checking. I'm very sorry that this resulted in your thinking we ignored your message but I can assure you we didn't. Dear Grahame I'm sorry for the problems you experienced with your order and the fact that you were unhappy with the help you received. In the last couple of weeks we have undergone a complete migration of our fulfilment software and this has caused some challenges and delays as these major changes always do. I ordered 3 vapes none of which functioned correctly. You emailed me that you could replace those. You then sent me a bill for 2 vapes I did not order. I am very upset.
