I ordered 3 vapes none of which functioned correctly. You emailed me that you could replace those. You then sent me a bill for 2 vapes I did not order. I am very upset.

None of the nic salts taste like they did when I ordered them from a different website. Sickly taste, potentially false/expired products and will not order again. Waste of my money.

Hi Thanks for taking the the time to leave a review and I'm sorry you were unhappy with the quality of the liquids. You ordered from the Doozy Temptations range so I can assure you they were not expired as this range was only released in November 2022 and liquids like this normally have a shelf life of at least 2 years. I can also assure they they were not 'false', as you suggested, as we order them direct from one of the main Doozy wholesalers in the UK, VapeBase. We want customers to be happy with every purchase, and fully guarantee everything we sell, so we will get in touch with you via email to see if you would like like replacement products or a full refund. bought a voopoo pod and it went on fire in the middle of the night when it wasn't switched on. could have burned the house down really dangerous. can't upload photos to show on here.

Extremely frustrating. I have tried numerous times to buy online with this company…. I can’t get past verification process… I called the free phone number to be asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes…. That call never came. Scunnered! My mum want me to buy her 20 units at a time…. Must be good to be able to let potential business pass you by.

I'm also sorry you were unable to successfully verify your age and know how frustrating this can be. These age verification systems are far from perfect and don't work for everyone. I ordered 3 items from here only received one and I had to contact them to find out why I had only received one. They sent the remaining two out. But unfortunately I won’t be using the company again

Vape set came with no battery so couldn't use, rang 4 times to get one sent to me, i got told they would ring me back the next day and never did. Now have wasted the money on an unusable vape thats been sat on my side for nearly 3 weeks and nobody wants to correct the matter. Shame because the pricing wasn't that bad and quality seems good

Missing a juice from a delivery. Got told it wasn't on stock and a note should of been in the parcel to tell me this. I never received a note and I'm still waiting on the juice. Bad service! Wouldn't recommend.

Hi Thanks for your message and I'm really sorry for the delay with your order. I've just looked into this for you and can see what the issue is. We were unable to send you the Berry Blast 50ml (due to the one bottle we had on the shelf having a short expiry date). In cases like this, our system immediately orders a replacement from our suppliers and we send it on as soon as we get it. The problem here seems to be that the 50ml has been discontinued and replaced with a new 100ml version but this anomaly wasn't spotted and we continued to wait for the 50ml to arrive. I have checked and we have the 100ml in stock so I will get a 100ml bottle sent out to you by DPD first thing tomorrow. I can only apologise as this oversight was our fault. Hi Barry Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and I'm sorry you found the delivery was slower than previous orders. I can assure you we are still dispatching same day as always but I'm afraid delivery times are being impacted by ongoing Royal Mail industrial action. Unfortunately, it's not just the strike days that are affected as each time they go on strike this causes a backlog which takes about a week to clear.
