i left negative feed back for customer service and to their credit they contacted me albeit after negative review a long tedious exchange ensued resulting in them saying obviousley the item had been delivered but not to me and they would resnd the order some two weeks later the replacment has not arrived despite an email to them reminding them of there pledge so it seems my comments were well founded and accurate customer service is shocking for this reason alone i would give them no stars but there is no facility for this

Dear Duncan Thanks for your message and I'm sorry this order has proved problematic. As I explained in our email exchange the order in question was marked as delivered by Royal Mail but you claim not to have received it. Most companies, in such cases, would not re-send the items but in good faith we said we would. We were unfortunately out of stock for a few days and replacements have since been sent which you will hopefully receive soon. I am sorry that we weren't as quick to message you back as we should have been in this case. That was our fault and we accept that. I hope you soon receive the replacements and am sorry things didn't work out this time. Best regards Marc

Clearly forgot to deliver my order. Took a week for it to arrive (1st class Royal Mail), then when it arrived it was the wrong order. Disappointed.

Dear Duncan I'm sorry for the delay in responding to this review. I've just been onto our system and checked the Royal mail tracking. You ordered on the 21st of February. Royal Mail says your order was delivered on the 22nd at 11.02am. We've received no emails from your and no phone calls so I'm a little puzzled as to why you're unhappy. The oil l ordered was ment to be to of the best but I couldn't use it cause it was the most disgusting stuff I ever tasted

The Hangsen Desert Ship tastes burnt and is disgusting. The alarm bells first rang when the words 'desert ship' just rubbed off the bottle... this is meant to taste like tobacco, similar to a camel cigarette but it tastes like a burnt biscuit... disgusting stuff and shoddy packaging. Won't be ordering anymore from Vapester.

Hi I have only recently set up my account for vapester on the 25.07.2018 then i bought e liquid tobacco. I received the order, however after receiving the order, i cannot log into my vapester account my password is correct. I contacted vapester regarding this and they advised to re register i am not going to do so. they advised cannot find my account i have had no further reply from vapester regarding this.

I MADE AN ORDER ON THE 8TH FEB AND PAID WITH PAYPAL AFTER 8DAYS ISENT YOU A EMAIL TO SAY I HAD NOT HAD MY ORDER YOU SAID TO WAIT UNTIL THE 26TH OF FEB IT COULD BE LOST IN THE POST I HOPE YOU SEE THIS REVIEW I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH FOR MY ORDER M BAKER
