I recieved the wrong product which doesn't fit my vape. When I emailed to bring this to the company's attention they were very apologetic and advised that the correct product would be sent out ASAP. However, the replacement was the same again. Not the product I ordered either time. I emailed again but haven't recieved any response since.
I used a different company and recieved the correct product in the first instance. There is clearly some error between ordering and packaging which needs to be rectified. I won't be using this company again
