They talk a good story. Placed order 28th March (order never arrived) replacement order supposedly sent (that never arrived) said they would refund my money and you've guessed it (that hasn't arrived either) don't be fooled by the fake reviews for this company like I was. Save yourself the waffle and order elsewhere!

Disgraceful company that uses an answering service that has no connection to the company whatsoever when dealing with complaints. No Customer service ,asked for a refund after waiting a week without my order even being dispatched and was told and i quote "we will see what we can do, we will let you know" asked when the reply was "don't know". Very quick to take your money not so fast on refunds. Placed an order yesterday with gourmet eliquid another online seller and it's arriving today so your "having trouble with the post" excuse doesn't really hold up.A bit like your fake reviews on here. Will not be ordering again and i suggest if your reading this before you order BUYER BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE.

Poor delivery ,ordered 5 days ago on 24 hour delivery and the order hasn't even left their dispatch yet.According to their review page only one other complaint about delivery times over the last week confirms they are not having problems getting deliveries out on time OR the reviews are fictitious.

Ordered my products last Monday and still not arrived. Need to be more clear if delivery is going to be delayed instead of stating will be between 1-2 days. So far they have my money and nothing has arrived. I’m not impressed.

I ordered nine and paid for nine but only six arrived with a note to say three were on their way that was over a week ago!!

Hi Ian Once again I'm very sorry for the delay in receiving your order. We sent it within hours of receiving it but I'm afraid Royal Mail seem to have lost the package. We have emailed you to confirm the address we have is correct and will re-send the order as soon as we receive confirmation from you. Apologies again for the inconvenience. Recklessly bought 30 bottles of triple menthol assuming it would have a decent flavour,tried 1 bottle,all I can taste is a feint taste of menthol & lots of smoke.I wish I could send these 3 boxes back to u,but being an infirm pensioner who suffers from anxiety attacks( scared to leave the house) it suits my peace of mind to simply order from elsewhere & place these 3 boxes in the back of a cupboard.

Ordered on Friday - not arrived. Emailed Monday - no reply. rang up - spoke to remote receptionist to leave message - has this company gone bust???

Hi Jo Further to our conversation just now I just wanted to apologise again for the delay in getting back to you. As I explained Royal Mail have experienced major problems at our local depot and this has led to a large volume of orders being delayed. As a result I'm afraid we've been receiving far more queries than usual and have fallen behind. The problem is now resolved and we're hoping all delayed orders will be out for delivery today. I'm sorry for not getting back to you sooner, we were just trying to find out exactly what had happened so we could give people accurate updates and we only received the response from Royal Mail late yesterday. Tried to order a vaping kit and some juices with a 10% discount. Code was accepted at first then when I tried to pay I got an email saying order was received then few hours later and email saying declined be seller. No explanation, just declined. Complete waste of time.

Very disappointed, in the past service has always been excellent, my last 2 orders the juice has been brown as if it's old and it kills coils within a couple of days. I brought it to there attention and was promised a free pack of coils to make up for it, never receive the coils and no response to the two emails I have sent since. In my book no customer service equals me no longer being a customer. Shame but that's life!

Hi Toby I'm really sorry for the issues you've faced. We did send the coils as promised but it sounds like they never arrived. I will look into this immediately and re-send them if they've been lost in transit. I'm sorry also if you didn't receive a reply to emails. i bought a bottle of vape liquid the address was my mates house, my mums mate accidenty sent back not knowing i ordered it and theres no way i can get a refund i dont think
