Hi Jonathan Just a quick follow up to say that I know you've spoken to my colleague Rachel via text and she sent out replacement items for you via Special Delivery. According to Royal Mail's tracking both parcels have now been delivered. I'm sorry Royal Mail were so slow in this case. The majority of the time they are quick but occasionally things do go wrong when vans break down etc. We can only apologise on their behalf and thank you for your patience on this occasion. “I used to love Vapekit but since the website changes I can no longer use my debit card to purchase as Its flagged as potential fraud. After pursuing this with my bank they assure me its not a bank alert and since vapekit can no longer accept paypal I'm looking for other suppliers. I was advised if it happened again to ring up with my visa card details but I work long hours and do not want to do that. Its happened twice more and not resolved. If I get repeated review requests with an unresolved issue then this is the review I'll leave. Fast and polite customer service but no solution.”

“these were great till they changed their website and there is always problems with it now.They could not take paypal and I was annoyed that I had to give my card details.They need to get rid of the company doing their website and get somone reliable”

“Time to find another supplier. Vape kit have always had a great delivery service, good prices and free nic shots with certain brands. Now a price rise and No free nic shots. Sorry guys you’ve lost my custom.”
