The last few times i have order coils they are either the wrong ones sent or at least one or two out of the pack do not work and i end up wasting them. They did replace one of the packs on an occasion.

Ordered a vape tank and it just doesn't work the coil seems to be gone already and the battery runs out way quickly just a bit disappointed the pack wasn't tampered with but probably just the product

Initial order not turned up. Customer services sorted the issue and sent replacement - great. Now received email to suggest that original order has now been despatched, prompting this review. This has also failed to show. It is all a bit confusing and makes me question whether there is a distribution issue.

Hi Paul Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and sorry for the confusion. We've recently migrated our fulfilment software to a new provider and this process has caused some issues with orders and emails. The last 2/3 weeks have been challenging but things are now pretty much back to normal. I'm sorry you received an additional unnecessary email. When we moved from one system to the other the order dispatch emails stopped working for a while and then a backlog of them was accidentally sent days later. I can only apologise for this temporary interruption to our service. These transitions are never easy even when months of planning have taken place. The delivery of the Vapekit, was prompt, however getting new cartridges on your travels, proves troublesome, as quite a few retailers do not stock them

Wrong items sent in the delivery. To their credit this was resolved quickly and the correct item dispatched. However I was also promised a stamped addressed envelope to return the original order. Still waiting and it's been over a week now ..

I bought 3 zillion vape and 1 88vape pen. The zillion vape grape ice very happy with and will buy again. The 88vape pen was broken. The button was stuck,wouldn't come out when pressed.

Hi Daniella I'm really sorry for the delay in replying to your review. I've checked on this just now and the tracking says it was delivered on the 11th. It's possible maybe that it has gone to the wrong address as this does happen sometimes. Usually really happy with service and delivery but have received the wrong items in my last two orders and have contacted Vapekit 3 times and have yet to receive a response.

We have had some technical issues with our fulfilment software over the last 2 weeks and this may be the reason for the mistakes on our side. I can only apologies if this is the case. Hi Douglas Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and I'm sorry your order was slow to arrive. I've just checked and you ordered at 8.30pm on a Friday evening. We shipped the order at the next opportunity ie Monday by Royal Mail 1st Class. Royal Mail then delivered it in 2 days and, obviously, the next day would have been better. I'm sorry that you were disappointed on this occasion. In future we would always recommend ordering before 4pm Monday to Thursday then we'll get your order out straight away and hopefully it will be with you the following day. Best regards, Marc
