“I recently had an issue where I had ordered the incorrect coils for my vape kit. I contacted Vape Club, and the resolution process was fast and efficient. I sent the coils back, and these were quickly replaced with the correct coils, which even though cost slightly more than the coils I had originally ordered, there was no additional charge to me. On top of this, they also refunded my account with the cost of the postage for sending the wrong coils back, despite the fact that I had not requested this, as the original issue was mainly my fault.
