“Excellent company. Used for a while now, they are one of the cheapest in the market. Easy ordering and despatch time is quick and easy. Had an issue with a couple of caps not working when received. Emailed the company and a member of their team sorted the problem and we had replacements within days. Keep it up vape club. 👍👍👍👍”

“The customer service at Vape Club is brilliant. So easy to contact, and the response is always quick & accommodating whatever the issue or query. There is also a great loyalty scheme to gain points not only for purchases but also for leaving reviews on products. Only place I will go to for anything vape related as they have so much information for every item plus ratibgs/reviews from customers. Thank you!”

“I don’t normally write reviews but on this occasion, I feel I have to as I have never received such a good level of customer service in response to an incorrect order being delivered. I emailed the company to let them know the order I received was wrong, and I was responded to straight away by a very pleasant member of staff (Harry) apologising for the error and resending my initial order as a priority. I was then asked to return the incorrect items and was refunded the postage charge within minutes of sending the receipt. Quick, efficient and polite service and it’s therefore not put me off of shopping from vape club in the future.”

“The customer service is second to none. The delivery is next day if you order before 4 o’clock the day previous. I had a problem with a couple of the vapes and the next day I received two more to replace them. Incredible service and I can’t praise them enough. So efficient and so well priced. So much cheaper than any of the vape shops and supermarkets. Well done you are really doing an amazing job and stopping the smoking of cigarettes. Thankyou all E from Bridgend”

“Its the FALCE ADVERTISEMent. I payed for fee thing and when i received it a few pods where missing. When i spoke to them they start making stuff up like when you buy 3 for 15 and get something elfe the offer is not valid. Absolutely the worst baoe conpany to dealt with. Aavoid at all cost”

“I bought a vape from them, and replacement coils. On the Friday, I could not get any vapour from my vape, so I rang them and they helped me. They asked me to email photos. They emailed back promptly with instructions, as the tank was not flush with the rest of it. Unfortunately this did fix my problem, and my vape had been discontinued, so they sent another by the same brand, which I like. As the problem occurred on the Saturday, they sent it priority so I got it on the Sunday. I would recommend these to anyone.”

“Can not recommend Vape Club enough. Not only for their Deals and range of disposable Vape Pods brands and flavours but their excellent customer service. I had an issue with one of my Pods which of course can happen. I used the Live Chat to let them know and within seconds they have issued a replacement in with my order I just Placed. They made it so quick and easy with apologies. I spoke to Ryan and I asked where I could let Vape Club know just how lovely and helpful he was. This has just confirmed to me that I am not looking to order from anywhere else. All other websites I have tried or looked at always have so many flavours out of stock. Some websites have the odd deal however Vape Club consistently do 3 for £12 on Lost Mary Pods and always get the newest flavours before I see them anywhere else. Thankyou Again Ryan for your help.”

“never again. my email isn’t working and they took my money without giving me my order. i’m waiting 7 days now and it’s saying only just today that i need a second verification to process my order. it’s a scam don’t ever put ur bank details in this website wth”

“There was a manufacturer issue with a vape pod I ordered. However, Sebastian was fantastic and sent me a replacement quickly. The delivery is so quick and staff are responsive. Would recommend vape club.”
