I payed for fee thing and when i received it a few pods where missing.
When i spoke to them they start making stuff up like when you buy 3 for 15 and get something elfe the offer is not valid.
Absolutely the worst baoe conpany to dealt with.

“Simply lazy and ineffective customer service. The products they have supplied to me are suspected to be non genuine/inauthentic. After several weeks of emails and documentation of the inconsistencies and possible danger of the product on my part, they did the absolute MINIMUM they could to discount my claims, it was insultingly lazy, I myself had already made the same checks, and I have been left out of pocket. I won’t be ordering again and I’d recommend others avoid or risk repeating my experience with possible low quality versions of branded products.”
“This is the second order and probably the last one. I'm still trying to understand if it was a joke or what the intention was, but today I've discovered that 3 of the e-liquids are different. Unfortunately, I discovered this after vaping and instantly felt sick. This evening I've opened all the e-liquid received and realise that 3 of the e-liquid are different( cheap white cap and horrible taste)

“I ordered what I thought was Mint, aniseed and liquorice flavour vape juice, however when I tried it it was not the right one, on the box it says Cherry and Blackcurrent. I never buy fruit flavours as I know I don't like them. When I wrote to customer services a rather condesending person told me that that is what you get if you order on line as you cant try them first and just because I didn't like the flavour it didnt mean there was anything wrong with the product, they offered me 25% money back.
I did not want money back, I would have been happy with a replacement and would of happily sent the others back. I have spent hundreds of pounds with this company and have never complained before but felt the description on their website was wrong. I have photos of their website description and photos of what it says on the box.......Never the twain shall meet.....TOTALLY Different!
I would say as long as you are spending your money with them all will be fine but don't dare to complain or question what their description says because you will get short, sharp thrift!! AVOID.....Go to a reputable shop”

I registered with this company on line and ordered some coils paying with my debit card
Got an email confirming my order saying items would be delivered in 1-3 days
Next day I received an email asking me to send them a copy of my driving licence a copy of my passport as they said that before they could send me my items they would have to confirm that I am over 18 years of age
The items I ordered were not liquids or nicotine but metal coils SO I CANT SEE WHAT AGE HAS GOT TO DO WITH THIS
I called the company on the number that was on the email and spoke to a chap who said he was from customer services
He insisted that I would have to send in a copy of my passport before he could send out my items
He became very abrupt when I queried this
I told him to cancel my order and refund my payment, which I have not received”
