Had a issue 6 months after buying and vape Club just asked for video of problem and instantly sent out a replacement. Nothing is to much bother and a absolute pleasure to deal with. This is what you call customer service and i wish other companies would follow suit. Vape Club also refunded postage.Top class company with excellent products 100% recommend and thank you for everything I will be using this company for all future purchases
