“Simply lazy and ineffective customer service. The products they have supplied to me are suspected to be non genuine/inauthentic. After several weeks of emails and documentation of the inconsistencies and possible danger of the product on my part, they did the absolute MINIMUM they could to discount my claims, it was insultingly lazy, I myself had already made the same checks, and I have been left out of pocket. I won’t be ordering again and I’d recommend others avoid or risk repeating my experience with possible low quality versions of branded products.”

So I contacted vape club about the issue and a lovely customer service advisor named (Mohammed) had helped by sending out a next day delivery replacement order. very good customer service and very fast and efficient response times.”
