“As a novice to vaping and heavy smoker,I called in for advice.Staff very helpful ,lots of advice. “Purchased 2 aspire nautilus units in April this year and one has stopped charging. I have tried 3 different USB C cables and different plugs (its buggered). Vapetown have told me there return policy is 28 days and will not replace a 6 month old item which is clearly not fit for purpose. I will not be using them ever again as this policy sucks. Is it in contravention of the sale of goods act 1930??? I think so. My cash will NEVER be in your till again. Goodbye...”
