“Purchased 2 aspire nautilus units in April this year and one has stopped charging. I have tried 3 different USB C cables and different plugs (its buggered). Vapetown have told me there return policy is 28 days and will not replace a 6 month old item which is clearly not fit for purpose. I will not be using them ever again as this policy sucks. Is it in contravention of the sale of goods act 1930??? I think so. My cash will NEVER be in your till again. Goodbye...”

“Fabulous company. My vape stopped working while on holiday in Devon. The Barnstaple store were super helpful and friendly and got me up and running again. Since then I've also ordered of vape towns website for new filters. Great price speedy delivery. 10 out of 10”
