“The staff are always very cheerful, helpful (and patient) helping sort me out with what I need. Nothing is too much trouble, it’s nice to know that good customer service is alive and well in Yeovil!”

“I gave up cigarettes at the beginning of March. Visited one of Vapetowns' stores where the incredibly helpful staff advised me to buy the right vape and juice. After ordering juice online for the first time recently, I can say that the service both in-store and online are fantastic. Thank you Vapetown”

“Firstly I would like to say that I use the Triple Menthol 0% liquid and find it has a great taste and of very good quality and I wouldn’t use anything else now. I ordered 10 for £20 online which I think is great value and it was free delivery. I have visited the Weymouth store which is where I bought my first Vape Town liquid and found the Manager to be very helpful.”
