“Unfortunately for me my parcel from vape town was spilled before receiving it. One quick phone call to vape town and a new delivery was received the next day. IMPRESSIVE. WELL DONE.”

“I ordered the heating element for a now defunct vaping tool it wasn’t available in your local store,the guy in the store told me to order direct from your good selves.A very easy website to navigate and sure enough the items were there.Ordered on the Tuesday arrived as requested on the Friday,perfect.”

“Had a eleaf vape explode in my kitchen overnight, filling the kitchen with smoke and causing considerable damage to the kitchen counter and was lucky not to start a fire and burn the house down with my pregnant girlfriend and son in the house. Went to the local vape town store to get some answers (Barnstaple) and basically got told to do one. My fault for charging the vape with an adapter sold to me by vape town. Even got giggled at with a snarky “what you want me to do about it?”. So yeah, never use the company again”
