“Normally I visit my local VapeTown shop, but as they didn’t have 8ml bulbs for my Smok Prince tank I ordered them online. Package arrived in good time but with 8ml bulbs for a the Smok Baby tank. I immediately contacted them via email, as they suggest, and to me that means a quick response, but so far only received this email asking for a review.... opps”

Hello Your order was received on Sunday 18th Feb. We do not ship on Sundays as Royal Mail do not operate. Your order was shipped the very next day Monday 19th Feb, you would have had notification of this via email. We would have expected you to receive your order Thursday 22nd the very latest. “I ordered in error the wrong fluid. After numerous emails I gave up trying to deal with this comoany (Iwanted to send them back for the ones I wanted) In the end I ddealt with the Craig at the barnstaple shop who sorted it all out and rectified the error. I will only now deal with Barndtaple shop which is a 40mile round trip for me”

“Took my payment, no confirmation of when the order would be delivered, after ignoring my efforts to email 3 times regarding this I finally received my eliquid 2 weeks later to find part of my order missing. Won't use again.”

“I bought the 10 eliquids offer and e coils. Although communication was good via email when I contacted I was told there were no cherry left so grape was substituted. When the order arrived there was no grape replacement and 2 other liquids were missing. I was then told that I would be sent 2 strawberry milkshakes and a pineapple only to get 1 str milkshake. 1 strawberrry and a pineapple! I thought the eliquid itself was good quality for the money. I do have a VapeTown shop near me and I think Ill call in next time but I would have to have used paypal I hope this feedback is helpful.”

Hi. We are sorry you were not happy with the shipping service you received. For the record, my Hermes costs £2.78 per package which is £1.28 more than you actually paid for shipping. We used this method as it is a trackable service unlike Royal Mail 1st class. Secondly my Hermes states a guaranteed two day service where as Royal Mail 1st isn't guaranteed.
